Random Supermarket observations

Ran to the shops for milk this morning, and noticed a few things:
  • Early mornings are a good time to go to the supermarket, because the huge displays of chocolate biscuits at the aisle-ends just gross you out. Late afternoon shops always result in at least one packet of Tim Tams, if not one of each variety. Ditto for potato chips.
  • The Kraft Singles packets make no mention of "cheese".
  • Placing a picture of the Wiggles on a product instantly makes it delicious in the eyes of a three year old.

Hmm. Interesting observations. I have also noticed that Latina (and other brand name) Beef Ravioli contains "Beef (40%)" in their list of ingredients. Home brand Beef Ravioli contains "Meat (34%)" in it's list of ingredients.

I'm sticking to the good stuff.
